Polish-made cellular polycarbonate with UV stabilization, weighing 700g/m² ensures exceptional durability in our garden greenhouses. This high-density material provides sturdy, straight polycarbonate sheets that feel solid, not flimsy. Thicker walls improve resistance to harsh weather, including hail and heavy rain. UV Layer – Each sheet is coated with a UV layer, preventing yellowing and preserving durability for years. Secure Mounting – Polycarbonate sheets are screwed to the structure, ensuring they stay in place during strong winds. Single-sheet sections and overlapping at attachment points add extra strength and stability.

Additionally, the polycarbonate in the greenhouse is always pre-cut and properly shaped to fit the selected structure—this significantly reduces assembly time and minimizes potential errors when cutting the sheets, which could otherwise lead to user dissatisfaction and additional costs if new sheets need to be purchased. Closed steel profiles 31x31x1mm and 28x28x1mm provide the greenhouse with durability against adverse weather, like snow and wind. Each profile has laser-cut holes for assembly screws and polycarbonate attachment, speeding up installation. Evenly spaced holes add to the greenhouse's aesthetic appeal. PVC

Closed PVC profile 30x30mm (1.5mm wall thickness) and closed steel profile 30x30mm (1mm wall thickness) provide resistance to snow and wind. The white color (powder-coated steel profiles) gives the greenhouse a classic, aesthetic appearance. The paint is free from heavy metals and meets QUALICOAT certification, while the plastic profiles are free from regranulate, phthalates, and heavy metals—ensuring safety for eco-friendly vegetable growing. All profiles are clearly labeled for easy, intuitive assembly. Production and coating take place in Poland. The modular frame, with spans every 64 cm, ensures high resistance to strong wind gusts. Reinforcement and connection to the foundation

The reinforcements, installed at the roof peak, lower corners, and front of the greenhouse, are made of 2mm galvanized steel and additionally coated in the same color as the structure. Their use positively impacts resistance to even very intense weather conditions. The color of the reinforcements, matched to the structure, ensures they blend in and provide a neat, aesthetic appearance to the entire greenhouse.

The galvanized and powder-coated steel washers used allow for easy and quick attachment of the greenhouse to the foundation, while also protecting it from being torn away during strong, gusty winds. Since the mounting pegs for the concrete pass through the profile secured with the washer, there is no need for excessive foundation overhang inside or outside the greenhouse. This results in a more visually appealing finish for both the greenhouse and its foundation. Properly secured tension cables further stabilize the greenhouse during strong wind gusts.

   We offer AGROERG – UV4 four season garden foil with welded cords and foil to any size from rolls 8m and 6m. Thanks to the special new recipe THREE-LAYER GARDENING FOIL “AGROERG UV4” meets the high quality requirements of users. The inner layer provides increased thermal insulation properties, resulting in the retention of more heat radiation inside the tunnel. The outer layers ensure: proper flexibility, increased strength and resistance to damage as well as excellent light transmission.

   Each tunnel offered by us is accompanied by assembly instructions, very simple and transparent. Made in a drawing form and with descriptions, which makes assembly of the correct structure extremely easy. The manual can also be downloaded on our website – it is located next to the tunnel description.

Performing the installation in accordance with the instructions, step by step, no one will have problems with complete implementation. However, if in doubt, you can call us and we will answer every question.

   The construction we offer is packed very solidly to safely and easily reach the customer intact. It is located in a durable cardboard box measuring 200cm x 30cm x 30cm (length x height x width). The weight of a package is 35 – 40 kilograms. The cardboard is additionally wrapped in foil, and also secured with the manufacturer’s company tape. Any negligence in safe and efficient transport is unacceptable to us. Therefore, we pay a lot of attention to both the short delivery time and protection during transport.

   Many people wonder whether it is necessary to disassemble the entire structure of the plastic tunnel for the winter. Contrary to what a large proportion of tunnel users think – there is no need to break down the structure every winter. Of course – it can be done, but it is not a necessity. Many people want to change the location of the tunnel from time to time, so winter is an opportunity to dismantle the tunnel.
  However, while there is no need to remove the structure completely, it is necessary to remove the foil (sheathing). It could happen that the tunnel is damaged or carried away by the wind. The tunnel structure is very resistant to temperatures. Even fluctuations between -40 and +60 degrees Celsius will not hurt her.
